SAS Lettings have been renting housing & flats for many decades, dealing with Southampton’s 2 universities, Southampton City Council and also local estate/letting agents to provide accommodation for professionals, students & low income families.

Most of the property portfolio that has been built up steadily over the years is based around the Highfield, Portswood area’s which we find are sought after by students mainly, due to the university’s proximities to these areas.

We provide many students with homes during their time at the university, some students stay for there summer vacations, some go home but keep there rents going so as they can keep the accommodation for the following year.
